I think I might gotten carried away with this whole 'letting the LO give out valentines'... I had to make one for kisses. And these are much so much easier to do.
Start with a card stock and cut it according to how big you want your card to be:
Write your Valentine message: 
Put a Kiss chocolate in a small plastic and staple it on the card stock. Tada! Aren't these the cutest?
