The LO has a new play area again now that she is 10 1/2 months (FYI this is the 3rd time I have rearranged our apartment!). She is now cruising and standing up on her own. She needs a much bigger space where it will be safe for her to explore. One side has the sofa for her to hold on as she cruises, one side has a shelf for her toys and I propped pillows on the wall. The other side opens to the living room where she could explore even more.
This is the closetmaid shelf beside her crib that I re-purposed to hold her toys. She has a picture of Van Gogh's 'Starry Night' for her too look at. Her toys at this time includes a swish toy, musical instruments, a mirror, a wooden crab and soft plush toys.
